Big Sis, Little Sis: A Mentorship & Empowerment Program

I am excited to announce a special event designed to uplift, encourage, and empower young girls as they navigate the often challenging transition from elementary to middle school. The Big Sis, Little Sis program, led by the Stephanie McBee Photography Senior Rep Model Team, is an opportunity for girls in 5th and 6th grade to be pampered, mentored, and celebrated in a supportive and loving environment.

What is Big Sis, Little Sis?

This one-day event will provide a memorable experience for 2-3 middle school girls, where they will be paired with a Senior Model from my team who will serve as their role model, mentor, and "Big Sis" for the day. Each middle school girl will have the chance to:

• Get their hair styled and enjoy light makeup.

• Pick out a stylish outfit from my photography style closet.

• Participate in an uplifting photoshoot to capture their unique beauty and confidence.

• Receive free images from the photoshoot as a gift.

The Role of the Senior Model Team:

Our Senior Rep Models will serve as mentors and role models, offering guidance and a listening ear to help boost confidence and provide encouragement during a pivotal time in these girls' lives. They will also be there to pamper and uplift the girls, showing them how special and valuable they truly are.

Why Nominate?

As a parent, grandparent, teacher, or friend, you know that the transition to middle school can be an emotionally challenging time for young girls. Confidence, self-esteem, and personal identity are often tested during these years. The Big Sis, Little Sis program offers a unique opportunity to help a young girl feel seen, valued, and empowered. This event is designed to celebrate who she is now, while building confidence for the future.

We are seeking nominations for middle school girls who would benefit from this special experience. Whether the girl is shy, needs a confidence boost, or could simply use some encouragement, this program is meant to inspire and remind her how amazing she truly is. Nominees will be chosen based on their ability to benefit from this uplifting experience, as well as their ability to connect with a role model who will be there for them during their middle school journey.

Please fill out the form below with the girl’s name, grade, and a brief explanation of why you believe she would be an amazing fit for this program.

We believe every girl deserves to feel beautiful, powerful, and confident. This event will not only provide them with memories to cherish forever, but also the mentorship and support they need to thrive in their middle school years and beyond.
